Penske rental trucks; Our reliable moving partner

When we moved from Arizona to Florida three years ago, I reached out to Penske Rental Trucks to see if they’d work with us. When we moved recently here in Central Florida again, I knew exactly who I’d work with. That first cross country trip cemented in our minds that Penske Rental Trucks are at the top of the industry, and be it short, medium or long-haul, they are and will be our rental truck of choice.

I suppose that a moving truck and moving has little to do with travel, yet in reality, its all about travel. The very steps we go through to plan a move, we go through to plan a trip. The very act of moving is like a giant trip, only instead of a bag or two, you’re literally bringing the whole house with.

To that end, you want to go with the best, the companies that provide the products and services that get the job done and get it done right. Not to mention safely.

I could go on and on about the easy time we had setting up the move. I could talk about the easy and professional way we enjoyed our pick up, getting a great clean truck and the paperwork all in order. I could even talk about the size, the condition and ease of loading the Penske truck we got – I’m an excellent packer and truck loader, so I was very pleased.

But I’m going to focus here on the equipment: it was outstanding.

I’ve driven trucks my whole life. I was raised on a farm turned farm stand and from childhood, while my friends were mastering bike riding, I was driving any number of trucks and tractors. I can drive and I can pack a truck with the best of them.

For me, the Penske equipment was outstanding. I appreciated that the units are new and not only solid, but comfortable. From stacking boxes to the ride, I was always happy with what we had.

We are already talking about our next move and when it happens, we will only even consider Penske.

There is plenty of room in the cab for you, another person, your dog,
and even as I do, boxes and overnight gear. I use the cab to keep the stuff we
will take into the hotel room each night of a long haul,
or our must-haves for a day move. This will include important paperwork,
computers and the like. Always keep such things where you can keep an eye on them
and have easy access.

But this time her “little” brother, Jake, wanted to know what
it was like. He actually didn’t make the trip with me, he rode in the car,
but he did get his very own photo op, and loved it!
